The assessment will consist of two parts: 1) theoretical part; including seminar, test and the
theoretical part of the final written exam, 2) practical part of the final written exam. To pass the course students must achieve a minimum of 4 points out of 10 in the theoretical part of the course
and a minimum of 4 points out of 10 in the practical part. Additionally, a minimum
of 4 points out of 10 has to be achieved in each part of the final written exam. The
average of all activities must be at least 5 points out of 10. If the
student achieved a mean of 5 points but he/she had less than 4
points in any of the parts of the assessment, the final score will be 4.9 (fail). In the second opportunity (July), only the final written exam will be repeated and the scores of seminar and test will be maintained from the first opportunity.

Attendance to practical classes is
compulsory. The students that do not attend the final written exam will
be qualified as "NO PRESENTADO" (absent).
