General description
The objetive of this subject is that the student purchase the necessary knowledges associated to the maritime safety for development of the profession. For this will study the methods of analysis of maritime accidents, will deepen in the mechanisms of search and rescue at sea, and will study in detail the rules about the management of the safety, the security and the quality in the maritime field.

Guest lecture/kaynote speech through Teams / Moodle, synchronous or asynchronous.
3. Mechanisms for personalized attention to students
Email: Daily. It is used to make consultations, request virtual meetings to resolve doubts and follow up on supervised projects.
Moodle: Daily. According to the needs of the students. They have "thematic forums associated with the modules" of the subject, to formulate the necessary queries. There are also “specific activity forums” to develop the “Directed Discussions”, through which the development of the theoretical contents of the subject is put into practice.
Teams: 1 weekly session in a large group to advance the theoretical content and supervised project following the timetable. Additional sessions, either in a large group or in small groups, according to students' request. This dynamic allows a standardized monitoring adjusted to the learning needs of students to develop the subject activities.
4. Modifications in the evaluation
The evaluation methodologies and the % in the weight of the qualification are maintained, including the attendance, participation and advantage of the lessons.

The same ones that appear in the Teaching Guide remain.
Regarding the "Students with part-time enrollement and academic attendance exemption ", the Professor makes available to the student the updated notes of the subject in Moodle, does not require class attendance for evaluation in January and July official examinations, and regarding the Teacher's tutorials:

(*)The teaching guide is the document in which the URV publishes the information about all its courses. It is a public document and cannot be modified. Only in exceptional cases can it be revised by the competent agent or duly revised so that it is in line with current legislation.
