| Document analysis | The student will have to make an exhaustive search of the appropriate materials for the Final Dissertation: legal, jurisprudential, doctrinal, etc. |
| Workbook | A fundamental element for the writing of the Final Dissertation is the reading of all the materials obtained. |
| Research (Research project) | The student must write the Final Dissertation, with the support and encouragement of the tutor at all times |
| Directed discussion | By means of face-to-face or telematic meetings, the student will discuss the contents of the work with the tutor. |
| Oral presentation | The Final Dissertation shall be presented orally before the Tribunal constituted for that purpose. |
