Assessment comments

The evaluation, as a system for collecting information aimed at issuing value judgments (and in its case of merit) about the learning process, requires continuous development with constant student involvement.

ATTENDANCE: this is a distance course (not face-to-face), but synchronous attendance of virtual assistance is required.
Other methods of controlling access to these contents may be developed or verified.

However, the didactic material made available to students will be basically the same both in face-to-face and distance learning.

TUTORED WORK: it will be developed throughout the semester and will imply a single delivery at the end of it (with no possibility of improvement or subsequent extension).

It will have a weight in the evaluation of 100% of the overall qualification.

The teacher will propose to the student an eminently practical and PROFESSIONAL level work on a technical inspection of buildings:

  - The building object of the work will be previously agreed with the teacher before the student begins its development.

  - It will be correctly developed in accordance with the teacher's guidelines, defined from the beginning of the signature.

  - The work, except for a very justified reason, will be delivered on the date established at the beginning of the course.

EARLY CALL: is governed by the general criteria.

PLAGIARISM: The fraudulent completion of the tests or evaluation activities, once verified, will directly imply the qualification of suspense (with a grade 0) in the corresponding call, thus invalidating any qualification obtained, in all the evaluation activities, with a view to a extraordinary call.

Specifically, the following conducts will be punishable:

• The impersonation of personality in the evaluation tests

• The use of unauthorized material or devices during the evaluation tests.

• The fraudulent copy or performance in the evaluable work.
