The objective of this subject is to offer the basic knowledge of Mathematics required in a first year of the Degree in Architecture Studies, covering a whole range of geometric, algebraic and analytical concepts, which are considered essential for all students with a view to solving problems of later courses, mathematical or not, as well as presenting methods that solve scientific and technical problems of architectural work and whose knowledge will facilitate the future architect the dialogue with other specialists, who can collaborate with him in carrying out a complex project.
