The finalqualification will be computed according to the following criteria: 1) Finalevaluation, carried out according to the official examination calendar, bymeans of an exam that contributes to 65% of the final qualification. Thisevaluation will consist of a test-type exam, consisting of forty questions withfour answers, with only one correct. Incorrect answers will subtract 0.33points on the correct ones, not subtracting the unanswered. To pass the examthe student must obtain a final score of 65% of the total (once the points ofthe missed ones have been subtracted). e.g 30 right, 4 wrong and 6 unanswered.The final score will be 30-4 * 0,33 = 28,68 > 26 (pass). In the section of 1 to 26 correct answers, each correct answercomputes 0.19 points, and in the section of 27 to 40 correct answers, each onecomputes 0.36 points. 2) The rest of the activities compute 35% of the final qualificationas follows: 2.1.) Assistance to expository teaching and interactive teaching(up to 7%). In this case, the student must attend at least 75% of the classroomteaching. 2.2. Visit to a healthcare center (up to 3%). The student must presenta report on the activity carried out. 2.3. Case study and supervised work (upto 25%). It includes a bibliographical review on the subject of study, as wellas development of a clinical case according to the competencies acquired in theinteractive teaching. The student will be able to obtain positives byparticipation in activities organized or recommended by the professors of thesubject (Scientific sessions, conferences, research projects...). The scoregiven will be at the discretion of the teacher responsible. To overcome thesubject, the student will have to pass each of the parties submitted toevaluation. Although the sum of the activities carried out and thequalification of the exam exceeds 5, in case of not having passed any of theparties, their score will be referred to the further qualification of thesuspended party. The system of qualifications will be expressed by numericalqualification in accordance with the established in the article 5 of the RoyalDecree 1125/2003 of 5 of September (BOE 18 of September), by which establishesthe European system of credits and the system of qualifications in Officialuniversity qualifications and validity throughout the national territoryQualifications System: 0-4.9 = Suspense 5-6.9 = Approved 7-8.9 = Noteworthy9-10 = Outstanding 9-10 Honor Plate.
STUDENTS WITH RECOGNITION OF PART-TIME DEDICATION AND ACADEMIC EXEMPTION FROM ATTENDANCE, as established by the "Norm that regulates the regime of dedication to the study of undergraduate students at the UDC" (Art.3.b and 4.5) and the "Rules of evaluation, review and claim of the qualifications of the undergraduate and master's degree studies (Art. 3 and 8b), the qualification referred to classroom attendance as well as the visit to the gerontological center, will be replaced by the realization of a practical work linked to said training. In addition, in personalized tutorials they will be explained the work done in the classroom so that they can do it properly at home.
Important supervised works:-The fraudulent performance of the tests or evaluation activities, once verified, will directly imply the loss of the right to the opportunity in which the fault is committed and with respect to the matter in which it was committed. Qualification
of suspense in the call in which the lack is committed and respect for the
subject in which it was committed: the student will be qualified with
"suspense" (numerical grade 0) in the corresponding call of the
academic year, both the commission of the fault occurs in the first opportunity
and in the second. For this, their qualification will be modified in the first
chance certificate, if necessary.
As
stated in the different regulations applicable to university teaching, the
gender perspective must be incorporated in this matter (non-sexist language
will be used, bibliography of authors of both sexes will be used, the intervention
in class of students will be encouraged ...). Work will be done to identify and
modify prejudices and sexist attitudes and influence the environment to modify
them and promote values of respect and equality. Situations of discrimination
based on gender should be detected and actions and measures proposed to correct
them.
