Dentro de la Licenciatura de Química esta asignatura es optativa y tiene por objeto dar una formación avanzada sobre estructura de Bio-moléculas, sobre todo dirigida a los alumnos que pretendan especializarse en un futuro en el área de Bioquímica o que necesiten herramientas bioquímicas para su especialización en otras materias.
