Sitúa el Derecho en su dimensión histórica, dentro del ámbito de la Cultura jurídica occidental europea, iniciando al alumno en el aprendizaje de la terminolgía y los conceptos jurídicos básicos, así como en la resolución de los diversos supuestos prácticos que se pudiesen plantear, ofreciendo para ello los recursos metodológicos correspondientes.
