Neste módulo analizaránse os aspectos básicos do asesoramiento xurídico empresarial, aspectos de carácter mercantil, administrativo, fiscal e laboral, entre outros. As sesións docentes sobre os diferentes temas que requiran presencialidade se complementarán coas actividades non presenciais que, dado o carácter semipresencial do MAXE, os alumnos deberán realizar previo encargo do profesorado.
