General description This course examines the Law of Intellectual Property and Competition. In particular, the different rights on industrial creations, distinctive signs, copyright and related rights, competition law and, finally, unfair competition and advertising are studied.
Contingency plan 1. Modifications to the contents. - No changes will be made. 2. Methodologies. * Teaching methodologies that are maintained: - Except for the two multiple choices during the semester and the final exam, all teaching methodologies are maintained (case study, guided discussion and master session), adapted to the virtual environment within the web platforms used in the UDC for this purpose. * Teaching methodologies that change: - The two multiple choices during the semester and the final exam shall be done through the Platform Moodle, in any of the possibilities that this platform allows. 3. Mechanisms of personalized attention to students: - Moodle and email, at student demand. - Teams, at the scheduled time to replace the regular class. 4. Modifications in the evaluation. * Evaluation observations: - No changes will be made. 5. Modifications to the bibliography or webography. - No changes will be made.
