FRAUD OR PLAGIARISM
Any attempt of fraud or plagiarism in any activities that
will be developed during the course or during the final exam will be penalised
with an automatic suspense as the final grade of the Course (0).
BILINGUAL DEGREE

  • In relation to the
part of Public international law, the final exam of the Course will be written.
It will represent 50% of the final grade and the other activities will mark 50%
of the final grade. Regarding the second opportunity of exams, the system of evaluation will be similar to the one of the first opportunity of exams. For students with recognition of part-time dedication and academic dispensation of exemption from attendance, the evaluation will consist of a final exam on contents of the Course whose maximum grade will be 10 points out of 10.
  • In the
case of the part of Constitutional Law, it is necessary to pass the final
exam so that the notes of the practical activities can be taken into account. The final exam will be written. For the students who obtain a numerical
grade of 5 or higher (out of 10) in the final exam, the final grade will be
calculated as follows: 30% by evaluation of practical activities (in class, deliveries of work…),
and the remaining 70% through the final exam. The students who obtain a
numerical grade lower than 5 (out of 10) in the final exam, will fail the Constitutional
Law part, without being able to take into account the mark of the practices.
  • Regarding the part of Procedural law, the final examination will represent 65% of the final grade, and the practical activities will represent the 35%.
