General description The development of the course through theoretical classes and workshop will be jointly held with Architectural Projects . It is intended to transform an infill site. It will tackle the challenge of acting on spaces with poor or none accessibility, where the integration of uses and building types shall propose rehabilitative responses in the built environment
Contingency plan 1. Modifications in the contents -No changes are made 2. Methodologies * Teaching methodologies that are maintained ANALYSIS OF DOCUMENTARY SOURCES. CASE STUDY * Teaching methodologies that change MASTER SESSION. Adaptation of the traditional face-to-face form to the non-face-to-face form through the Teams platform DIRECTED DISCUSSION. The supervision of this work will be carried out through the digital platforms provided by the UDC. (Teams) through tutorials agreed with each team OBJECTIVE TEST. Mechanisms of personalized attention to students - E-mail: Daily, from Monday to Friday and during school hours. Useful for making inquiries, requesting virtual meetings to resolve doubts and follow up on supervised work. - Moodle: Daily, from Monday to Friday and during school hours. According to the need of the student. They have "thematic forums associated with the modules" of the subject, to formulate the necessary queries. There are also “specific activity forums” to develop the “Directed Discussions”, through which the development of theoretical contents of the subject is put into practice. - Teams: 1 weekly session in large group for the advance of the theoretical contents and the supervised works in the time slot that has assigned the subject in the calendar of classrooms of the school. From 1 to 2 weekly sessions in small groups (up to 6 people), for monitoring and support in carrying out the "supervised work". This dynamic allows a standardized and adjusted follow-up of the student's learning needs to develop the work of the subject. 4. Modifications in the evaluation Tutored work (100%): In relation to supervised work, the following will be valued: - The methodological adequacy of the work proposals. ? The depth of the content. ? Mastery of the applications used in the elaboration of the proposals. ? The treatment of a language specific to the disciplinary context. ? The use of complementary and current documentary sources. ? The presentation and clarity of the presentation. * Evaluation observations: They remain the same as in the teaching guide, except that: ?- References to the calculation of attendance, which will only be made with respect to the sessions that took place until the time when the face-to-face activity was suspended. 1. SITUATIONS: A) Full-time students: Attendance / participation in the activities of minimum class of 80%: a) Elaboration and presentation of the works of small group (100%). B) Students with recognition of part-time dedication and academic exemption from exemption from attendance, as established in the "STANDARD REGULATING THE REGIME OF DEDICATION TO THE STUDY OF UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS IN THE UDC (Arts. 2.3; 3.be 4.5) (29 / 5/212): Attendance / participation in the activities of minimum class of 80%: a) Elaboration and presentation of the works of small group (100%). 2. REQUIREMENTS TO EXCEED THE SUBJECT: 1. Attend and participate regularly in class activities. 2. Obtain a score of 50% of the weight of each of the parts to be evaluated. 3. Deliver and present the supervised works on the date indicated. 4. The July opportunity will be subject to the same criteria as the June one. 5. Modifications to the bibliography or webography No changes will be made.
