General description The aim of this subject is to develop the capacities of students to analyze, from a rights-based approach, the construction of human habitat out of processes, formal or not, both in opulent or impoverished societies.

Modifications to the contents - No modifications will be made. 2. Methodologies *Teaching methodologies that are maintained - Guest lecture/keynote speech. - Workshop. - Mixed objective/subjective test. *Teaching methodologies that are modified - Guest lecture/keynote speech: it will be adapted to telematic format through Teams platform. - Workshop: it will be adapted to telematic format through Teams platform. - Mixed objective/subjective test: submission will be formalized through Moodle / Teams platform and will be complemented with the telematic evaluation of the theoretical-practical contents. 3. Mechanisms for personalized attention to students - Email: daily. Used to make inquiries and request virtual meetings to solve doubts. - Moodle: weekly. It will be used to provide additional documentation to the lecture sessions or the workshop. - Teams: 1 weekly session in the time slot assigned to the subject in the School's class calendar. It will also serve as a communication channel for individual or group attention in the tutoring hours of each teacher. 4. Modifications in the evaluation Work in the workshop (100%). In relation to the work carried out, the following will be assessed: - The degree of virtual monitoring and participation in the work sessions. - The relevance and methodological adequacy of the proposals. - The originality and depth of the content. - The treatment of a visual and written architectural language. - The use of relevant and current documentary sources. - Presentation and clarity in the exposition. *Evaluation observations: The ones appearing in the teaching guide are maintained, except: - References to the calculation of attendance, which will only be carried out in relation to the face-to-face sessions that have taken place until the moment in which the face-to-face activity was suspended. SITUATIONS: A) Full-time students: - Minimum attendance / participation required in class activities: 80%. - Assessment of the preparation and presentation of the works: 100%. B) Students with recognition of part-time dedication and academic exemption from attendance exemption, as established by the "NORMA QUE REGULA EL RÉGIMEN DE DEDICACIÓN AL ESTUDIO DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE GRADO EN LA UDC" (Arts. 2.3; 3.b and 4.5) (29/5/212)" (Arts. 2.3; 3.by 4.5 ) (5/29/212): - Assessment of the preparation and presentation of the works: 100%. REQUIREMENTS TO PASS THE SUBJECT: - Attend and participate regularly in class activities. - Obtain a score of 5 out of 10 in the theoretical-practical work of the workshop. - Hand in and expose the work on the specified dates. - Those who do not pass the first opportunity may take part in a second, which will consist of a mixed theoretical-practical test, in the month of July, according to the official calendar. To be able to present themselves at this second opportunity, the students must submit the theoretical-practical work, properly tutored by the teachers, at the time of the test. 5. Modifications to the bibliography or webgraphy - The necessary sources of information for the development of the course will be provided through Moodle / Teams.
