General description
The student will acquire the skills to perform a safe navigation watchkeeping in relation to knowledge and use of regulations to prevent collisions at sea, the different signaling and IALA systems.Likewise, it will acquire the competencies for the management of on-board operational safety through the knowledge of the ISM code as well as the management of human resources on board.
