Assessment comments

1. EVALUATION OPTIONS

Full-time students (continuous evaluation)

- Assignments and problem solving (50%)

- Laboratory practice (10%)

- Exam with theoretical-practical contents (40%)

Students with recognition of part-time dedication and academic dispensation of exemption from attendance, as established in the "Norma que regula el régimen de dedicación al estudio de los estudiantes de Grado de la UDC (art 2.3; 3.b y 4.5) (29/5/212):

- Work and problem solving (60%)

- Written exam with theoretical-practical contents (40%).

2. ADDITIONAL OBSERVATIONS

First opportunity (January)

- In order to pass the course by the continuous evaluation system it is necessary to reach a total of 50 points and a minimum of 15 points out of 40 in the follow-up exams.

- For students with dispensation of attendance, to pass the course it is necessary to reach 20 points in the final theoretical-practical exam (out of 40) and to reach a total minimum grade of 50 points.

Second chance exams (June-July)

- Students who do not pass the course at the first opportunity will have to take a final exam, whose grade will replace that of the follow-up exams taken throughout the course and whose weight in the final grade will be 40 points. They will also have to hand in all the assignments and practicals (60 points) proposed in class, in case they have not done so during the course or when their grade has not reached 5 out of 10. In order to pass the course a total of 50 points is required.
