Coñecemento e práctica para planificar, operar e executar un porto
O tema Xestión e explotación de portos permite encher contido e explotar un porto. Para iso preséntase o funcionamento real do porto: que fai, quen e como o fai e de onde obtén os ingresos para ser rendible.
En primeiro lugar, estúdase o tráfico das distintas mercadorías e os axentes implicados. Despois as terminais e as operacións portuarias, a súa planificación e deseño. E, finalmente, a organización do sistema portuario e os seus ingresos e economía.
