General description This matter includes the historical bases, foundations and documentation of the occupational Therapy Includes two very differentiated aims: In the historical bases and foundations the students at the end of the course will have knowledge of the history of the Occupational Therapy and of the main authors that contributed to his birth and development. Besides it will initiate to the students in the theoretical foundations and philosophical principles of the Occupational Therapy and will begin to have contact with the different frames of reference of necessary Occupational Therapy to recognise and interpret the processes of function-occupational dysfunction. And a second aim concerning the documentation in occupational therapy in which it will see which is the structure of the scientific works in sciences of the health and the recovery of the scientific information in Occupational Therapy
