General description The subject of Real Estate Xestiön, appraisals and assessments, is essential in the development of the life cycle of the building, and therefore throughout the building sector. Functions related to the development of a project throughout its phases. Work to represent, advise the developer in the relationship with the Agents involved in each phase of project development. Activities in liberal exercise Functions related to the provision of services recognized as professional competences: Evaluations and feasibility analysis in the real estate sector Expert Activity in the Courts Real Estate Valuation Expert reports Implementation of the building management and maintenance plan Functions related to the professional figure "Header Technician". Carry out the plan of operations of maintenance of the building and entertainment of the facilities directed, both, to reduce the loss of quality of the constructions and of the functionality and the benefits of their equipment due to the wear and aging due to the normal use and the passage of the weather. Prepare an annual budget with life cycle criteria that justify replacement of obsolete equipment, replacement with new models and propose actions aimed at improving the quality and functionality of the property.
