La asignatura pretende que el estudiante obtenga amplios conocimientos sobre los principios jurídicos (libre circulación de trabajadores, no discriminación, Seguridad Social, etc.) y los derechos básicos del ordenamiento comunitario, sobre las Instituciones de la Unión Europea y sobre la legislación social comunitaria
