General description
A elaboración dun proxecto de dirección é unha función específica que teñen todas as direccións de institucións. Por tanto, coñecer qué e cómo elaborar un proxecto de dirección para un centro educativo, é un dos obxectivos desta materia. Existe unha lexislación vixente que orienta o deseño dun proxecto educativo, que convive con modelos teórico-prácticos de dirección diferentes. A materia servirá de oportunidade para coñecer de primeira man experiencias directivas a través do diálogo coas persoas protagonistas.
