General description
The subject is intended to yield a general overview of a fundamental issue requested by many employers: customer satisfaction and quality management. Therefore, the needs and requisites of a forma quality management systems are reviewed. The basics of environmental management systems are also depicted briefly (as they are studied more deeply in other subject).
