General description Os continuos cambios no comportamiento dos mercados e dos consumidores así como las transformaciones experimentadas na contorna obrigan ás empresas a obter información actualizada sobre as necesidades e preferencias dos consumidores. Ante este novo panorama, a investigación de mercados tense convertido nunha das áreas máis importantes dentro da función de marketing da empresa . As empresas necesitan coñecer métodos de obtención de información e técnicas para analizar esta información, para mellorar os seus procesos de toma de decisions. O proceso de investigación de mercados e útil para apoiar a toma de decisions comerciais e, en xeral, diminuir o risco de cualquiera decisión empresarial.
