General description	A importancia da política marítima na UE é crecente como o demostra a publicación do Libro verde sobre Política marítima na UE. A imaxe e semellanza doutros países marítimos como os EEUU ou Canadá, está a definirse unha estratexia marítima global na UE. Ao longo desta materia, unha vez introducidos no estudo deste sector do Dereito, iranse repasando as principais liñas e políticas sectoriais que, como a pesca, a seguridade e protección marítima, o transporte marítimo ou o medio ambiente vertebran a acción comunitaria e nas que se concreta a estratexia integral na política marítima.
