General description	Obxetivo xeral: a formación ten por obxeto que o alumnado adquira as habilidades, actitudes e coñecementos en materia de Dereito Mercantil de cara ao asesoramento de empresas, análise e redacción de documentos mercantís, a dirección de procedementos mercantís e, en xeral, ao correcto exercicio da profesión neste ámbito.
