Os estudantes aprenderán os contidos propios dos fenómenos migratorios e a súa relación co Dereito de estranxeiría. Analizarán o ordenamento xurídico de estranxeiría, así como as garantías dos estranxeiros en España, o réxime común de entrada, estancia e residencia, así comom os réximes especiais. Igualmente analizaranse o réxime sancionador.
