O obxectivo desta materia é iniciar aos estudantes no uso da estatística inferencial e a súa aplicación á análise de datos na investigación social, cuxas tarefas fundamentais son a xeneralización dos datos dunha mostra a unha poboación, e a utilización das probas de decisión estatística.
