O/a estudante, chegado/a a 4º curso, ten traballado dabondo moitos dos elementos que constitúen os contidos propios dunha Estrutura e Cambio Social de Galicia, polo que debe poder responder a preguntas de investigación que requiren dunha resposta traballada. O obxectivo principal desta materia é, por tanto, que o/a estudante saiba desenvolver unha metodoloxía de traballo que integre moitas das competencias e coñecementos xa aprendidos noutras materias, nun marco conceptual axeitado á realidade sociolóxica de Galicia.
