DESCRIPTOR DE LA ASIGNATURA:"Teoría y práctica del ejercicio"
Bases teóricas para su administración y aplicación práctica: aspectos conceptuales, descriptivos, técnicos, taxonómicos, metodológicos y su sistematización. Para la mejora del rendimiento motor humano, mediante el desarrollo de los factores internos: aspectos estructurales y funcionales (bio-mecánicos, bio-energéticos y bio-informáticos). y su evaluación mediante pruebas de campo para grandes poblaciones: aspectos instrumentales y normativos.
