General description O contenido desta asignatura está enfocado a que o alumno/a coñeza as distintas fases dos procesos negociadores, analizando o seu desenrolo e profundizando nas características dos diversos interlocutores. Ademáis analizarase o comportamento dos individuos e os grupos, así como os límites da negociación e as formas finais de alcanzar acordos.
