General description
El objeto de la asignatura es que el alumno del máster de prevención conozca el contexto en el que va a realizar su labor profesional: la relación laboral y la normativa que la regula, las normas en materia preventiva y las responsabilidades derivadas de los incumplimientos de las partes.
