General description	La asignatura tiene por objeto el estudio del conflicto laboral en sus dos vertientes: la de los trabajadores y la de los empresario. Se estudiarán las diferentes estrategias para dar solución a los mismos, tanto a nivel comunitario como estatal y autonómico.
