Explicación teórico-práctica dos conceptos básicos que inciden na coherencia dos materiais e sistemas usados, de adecuación a Normativa Tecnolóxica e que afectan o diseño constructivo, execución, manteñemento das construccions |

Os alumnos leerán libros, artículos e documentación que indiquen os profesores; pra que quede constancia da sua lectura, presentarán en tempo e forma os traballos oportunos |
Workshop |
O obradoiro e un espacio de traballo e intercambio concebido para facilitar a confluencia dos contenidos das diferentes asignaturas en torno a arquitectura, garantindo a optimización dos recursos docentes e racionalizando o traballo do alumno. O obradoiro pretende establecer mecanismos de coordinación e transversalidad ao longo dos estudios, evitando duplicidades e reiteración nos contenidos. A realización de prácticas, como base da docencia, na cal o alumno atopa a identificación inmediata entre a concepción do proxecto e a sua materialización constructiva, aplicando os coñecementos das clases maxistrais e das lecturas realizadas.
Realizaránse entregas parciais obligatorias. Docencia individualizada en clases prácticas. O control das prácticas realizase de forma personal con correccions e mediante a exposición de exercicios de alumnos ante a clase, para xenerar o debate arredor das mesmas. Esta asignatura participa con 1,5 créditos no Taller do 9 semestre.

<p> Utilizaráse o método de Evaluación Continua, o que supón que se controlará a asistencia a clase e que parte da calificación obterase da actitude e do traballo do estudiante o longo do cuatrimestre; pero debe completarse ca realización de probas teórico-prácticas que permitan comprobar que o estudiante asimilóu os contidos conceptuais procedimentais propios da asignatura.
Na evaluación final do estudiante teráse en conta:
-Asistencia a clase e o interés e participación nas sesions presenciais
-A realización e exposición individual dos exercicios propostos.
-A realización de traballos en grupo e a sua presentación e defensa individual e/ou en grupo.
-As probas escritas o longo do curso, que constarán de preguntas relativas tanto a parte teórica como a os exercicios realizados.
-As prácticas realizadas en clase e las realizadas en réximen de tutoría continuada.
-Calquera outra actividade que se detalle na Guía Docente da asignatura
En calquera caso valoraráse ponderadamente o trabajo do alumno: os coñecementos teóricos suporán un 30% da calificación, en tanto que as prácticas realizadas serán o 70 % restante. En todo caso a calificación da parte práctica deberá alcanzar 5 puntos sobre 10 para poder superar a asignatura
A evaluación do estudiante levaráse a cabo mediante a entrega da parte práctica e a realización dun único examen, no que se valorarán os coñecementos teóricos e prácticos.
Criterios de evaluación de primeira e segunda oportunidade son coincidentes, terán os mismos coeficientes de ponderación e idéntica exixencia de calificación mínima que os señalados para a Primeira Oportunidade. O desensrolo de contidos mínimos, datas de entrega, así como o resto de concrecions, realizaránse; programación do curso que se entrega o comenzo do mesmo.
Os aprobados parciais gardanse para a segunda oportunidade, debendo en esta recuperar aquelas partes non superadas, pero REALIZADAS durante o curso.
A docencia a alumnos de programas de movilidade adaptaráse a condicions pedagóxicas e de traballos tutelados especiais, así como as probas e exámenes de evaluación.
PRIMEIRA OPORTUNIDAD: Para superar a parte práctica dea asignatura -Práctica de Aula e Práctica de Taller compartido- os alumnos deberán efectuar puntualmente todas as entregas previstas o longo do curso. A non presentación total o parcial de os exercicios suporá a calificación de NON PRESENTADO. E obligatorio a realización da proba presencial.Debese obter o menos a calificación de 5 puntos sobre 10. Exigiráse a asistencia mínima do 85% para poder presentarse a parte Práctica de Aula e a parte Práctica de Taller compartido da asignatura.
SEGUNDA OPORTUNIDAD: Se o alumno non aproba a asignatura na primeira oportunidade, presentará na data fixada os mesmos traballos exixidos na primeira oportunidade realizando as correccions señaladas polo profesor e realizando a proba presencial. Valoraráse con mesmo coeficiente de ponderación na nota final que a realizada na primeira oportunidade. </p>
