The final exam of the course will be written. The final exam will represent 80 % of the final mark and the other activities will be valued with the 20 % of the final mark. |

The lecturers will be coupled with workshops directed to solving problems, which will usually involve reading international legal instruments and case law. |

Case study |
The course will also involve a refection paper, an exam and different research papers in public international law. All the activities will count towards the final grade.
Students are expected to be able to put their prior knowledge to bear on the problems and issues presented in this course.

Exame final. Suporá o 80% da nota total, e se realizará ó final do cuatrimestre, sobre a base da docencia impartida durante o curso e co apoio da bibliografía e da documentación relativa ós contidos da guía docente.
O exame será oral ou escrito (opcional) e consistirá en diversas preguntas baseadas en epígrafes do programa.
O nivel mínimo esixido para a superación da proba é de 5 puntos sobre 10. En caso contrario, a materia non se considerará aprobada.
