The fraudulent performance of the tests or evaluation activities will imply the qualification of fail in the call in which the offense is committed and the student will be graded with "suspense" (numerical grade 0) in the corresponding call of the academic year, both if the commission of the foul occurs in the first how in the second opportunity.
