General description Está coordinado por María Esperanza Cerdán Villanueva (esper.cerdan@udc.es) e é impartido por profesores INIBIC (contacto: cristina.ruiz.romero@sergas.es)
O obxectivo desta materia é formar ao alumno para:
.-Comprender as técnicas básicas de traballo en proteómica
.-Obter e xestionar mostras de proteínas
.-Coñecer as técnicas para a separación e detección masiva de proteínas
.-Comprender métodos de análise de datos proteómicos a gran escala
.-Coñecer as aplicacións da proteómica na investigación básica, aplicada e clínica
.-A lectura e comprensión críticas de publicacións científicas no campo da
proteómica
Contingency plan No caso dun novo peche por covid19:
1. Non haberá cambios nos contidos.

2. Todas as clases e actividades substituiranse por actividades en liña en Moodle ou Teams

3. Os mecanismos de atención personalizada aos estudantes serán a través de correo electrónico, videoconferencia ou chat implementado en TEAMS.

4. A avaliación estará en liña, pero non haberá cambios nas porcentaxes asignadas ao exame, exercicios e actividades prácticas.

A2 Skills of using usual techniques and instruments in the cellular, biological and molecular research: that are able to use techniques and instruments as well as understanding potentials of their uses and applications.

Differential expression proteomics: DIGE.
6.-Protein expression and protein chips.
7.-Protein identification by peptide mass fingerprinting.
