General description En la asignatura de Derecho Eclesiástico del Estado hay que tener en cuenta los siguientes criterios para su docencia:
1º) Un primer objetivo se orienta hacia el conocimiento de los principios jurídicos que en el ordenamiento español regulan las relaciones entre la comunidad política y las diversas comunidades religiosos o ideológicas así como las consecuencias jurídicas de tal interacción.
2º) El estudio de los derechos fundamentales que guardan una relación con la libertad religiosas e ideológica, como la libertad de educación y la libertad de expresión.
3º) La coexistencia del derecho matrimonial civil y religioso ofrece el objetivo de su análisis comparado que responde al reconocimiento por el ordenamiento español de la convivencia entre el matrimonio civil y los matrimonios regulados por las confesiones religiosas.
Lingüísticamente los alumnos podrán emplear los siguientes idiomas: Gallego, Castellano, Inglés,

Conocer la función del Derecho, su carácter sistemático e interdisciplinar, teniendo como punto de partida los principios y valores constitucionales, lo que comporta: 1. Una comprensión del Derecho tanto en su evolución histórica como en su realidad actual. 2. Conocimiento de las estructuras jurídico-políticas nacionales e internacionales. 3. El manejo de las fuentes jurídicas básicas para esta materia (su interpretación y análisis), y su acceso a través de las nuevas tecnologías. 4. La elaboración de documentos jurídicos y redacción técnica de trabajos de introducción a la investigación. 5. La práctica de la oratoria jurídica. A1

Assessment comments

Students who have a waiver of class attendance under justified causes will be examined from an objective final test that will include 100% of the grade.
