| Conocer la función del Derecho, su carácter sistemático e interdisciplinar, teniendo como punto de partida los principios y valores constitucionales, lo que comporta: 1. Una comprensión del Derecho tanto en su evolución histórica como en su realidad actual. 2. Conocimiento de las estructuras jurídico-políticas nacionales e internacionales. 3. El manejo de las fuentes jurídicas básicas para esta materia (su interpretación y análisis), y su acceso a través de las nuevas tecnologías. 4.
