General description A asignatura de Dereito Eclesiástico do Estado ten os seguintes obxectivos:
1º) Un primeiro obxectivo oriéntase ao coñecemento dos principios xurídicos e normas do ordenamiento español que regulan as relacións entre a comunidade política e as diversas comunidades relixiosas, así como as consecuencias xurídicas de tal interacción.
2º) O estudo dos dereitos fundamentais que gardan unha relación coa liberdade relixiosa, como os dereitos relacionados co a educación, a liberdade de expresión, etc..
3º) A coexistencia do dereito matrimonial civil e relixioso permite a súa análise comparada, como exemplo de interrelación entre ordenamientos

The aims are mainly learning the function of Law, its systematic and interdisciplinary nature, from the perspective of the constitutional principles and values, which includes: 1. An understanding of the Law both in its historical evolution and in its current reality. 2. Knowledge of national and international legal-political structures. 3. The management of the basic legal sources for this matter (their interpretation and analysis), and their access through various technologies. 4. Preparation of legal documents and research papers. 5. Assessment comments

Students who have a waiver of class attendance under justified causes will be examined from an objective final test that will include 100% of the grade.
