General description O estudo desta materia permitirá ó estudante coñecer mellor a súa condición de cidadán europeo e, sobre todo, ampliará a súa comprensión da dimensión xurídica da Unión Europea. Esto último permitiralle constatar a importancia que pode acadar o dereito nos procesos de integración.

A impartición desta materia é responsabilidade de 3 áreas de coñecemento: Dereito internacional público (temas 1-2, 5-13), Dereito constitucional (temas 3-4) e Dereito procesual (tema 14).

Assessment comments
The final exam of the Course will be written.

The final exam will represent 80 % of the final mark and the other activities will be assessed with the 20 % of the final mark.

The requirements for the paper and the cases discussed during the seminars will be uploaded on Moodle in due course.
