General description A docencia que se imparte nesta materia persegue, principalmente, a adquisición polo estudante dun grao axeitado de coñecementos sobre as principais institucións do proceso penal. Concretamente: a) Os principios constitucionais relativos ao Proceso penal; b) A tutela xudicial efectiva; c) A función do Dereito procesual penal como instrumento na aplicación do ius puniendi estatal e na protección dos dereitos do imputado e da víctima; d) O procedemento preliminar; e) O xuízo oral; f) O sistema de recursos; g) Os procesos especiais; h) A execución penal.

*Metodoloxías docentes que se manteñen
Manterase a estrutura da docencia, en canto á expoisición de leccións maxistrais, aínda que estas, evidentemente, desenvolveranse de xeito telemático a través da ferramenta Teams.
Tamén se realizarán sesións de carácter práctico para a exposición dos casos propostos, a través de Teams.

*Metodoloxías docentes que se modifican
A entrega dos casos prácticos realizarase, en caso de aplicarse o plan de continxencia, necesariamente a través de Moodle.
As clases presenciais sustituiranse por video-conferencias a través de moodle, modulando a duración e frecuencia das mesmas.

3. Mecanismos de atención personalizada ao alumnado
As titorías serán substituidas por discussións en moodle e consultas por correo electrónico.
En caso de considerarse necesario poderán programarse reunións on-line individualizadas a través de Teams

4. Modificacións na avaliación
A avaliación, en caso de aplicarse o plan de continxencia, modificarase no seguinte sentido:
- O peso da proba final obxectiva pasará a ser do 70% e o dos casos prácticos do 30%.
- A proba final, consistirá nun exame oral, que se realizará a través de Teams.

5. Modificacións da bibliografía ou webgrafía
Non se consideran necesarias. En todo caso, poderán falicitarse aos estudantes material complementario a través da plataforma moodle, de cara a apoiar a aprendizaxe a distancia.

Methodologies
Methodologies Description
Case study During the course, several cases will be proposed, in order to reinforce the learning process, and to contribute to avaliation. This cases will imply two types of activities:
1. Analisys of legal texts, or with legal content. Readings of legal papers and documents or even literary readings of films will be proposed. The aim will ben to identify and discuss the diferent legal issues that can be found in those to achieve the understanding of legal principles or instiutions which can be key for the criminal proceedings system.
2. Legal cases resolution. Departing from some facts, the analysis of legal issues wil be required through answering the questions proposed or the writing of procedural documents.
The case resolution may be done individually or as a team.
After the delivery to the professor, the cases will be discussed in the classroom.
Objective test In order to make an evaluation of the learning process, at least one test will be done. It will consist on two different parts: a multiple choice questionary and a case resolution activity.
Guest lecture / keynote speech Main theoretichal and practical questions will be explained by the professor in the classroom, During these sessions, essential notes practical consequences and institutional architecture of the criminal proceedings will be discussed.

Personalized attentio is recommended during office hours or through moodle, in order to help with the resolution of cases and to solve any doubts durign the preparation of the final test.

Assessment comments
To pass the subject it is neccesary to pass the mixed test (test questions and short questions). The grade of the mixed test will be used to obtain the final grade with the other scores.

Part-time students with recognized academic dispensation will perform compensatory activities, prior agreement with the professors. The rest of the assessment methods will be carried out without any adaptation.
