General description Con esta materia o que se pretende é acadar coñecemento xeral sobre o dereito autonómico que estudará a organización territorial do Estado, as súas bases constitucionais e as vías de acceso á autonomía; a distribución de competencias entre o Estado e as Comunidades Autónomas; a doctrina do Tribunal Constitucional sobre o reparto de competencias.

Por outro lado, se analiza a organización das Comunidades Autónomas: as súas Asambleas Lexislativas e os seus órganos executivos.

Finalmente, se estuda o réximen xurídico dos principais sectores da actividade da competencia autonómica con especial alusión ás leis que regulan o contido propio e específico do dereito derivado do Estatuto de Galicia

- Non se fará a Proba mixta, xa que realizarase unha proba tipo test por cada parte da asignatura que teña un valor do 40% do total da cualificación final, sendo necesario aprobala para poder superar a asignatura.
- Realizaranse Traballos tutelados por cada parte da asignatura, que permitan a avaliación continua e que teñan un valor do 60% do total da cualificación final.

3. Mecanismos de atención personalizada ao alumnado
- Correo electrónico: Diariamente. De uso para facer consultas, solicitar encontros virtuais para resolver dúbidas e facer o seguimento dos traballos tutelados.
- Moodle: Diariamente. Impulsaranse os foros para resolver dúbidas do alumnado.
- Teams: Continuarase coas sesións maxistrais no horario establecido.

4. Modificacións na avaliación
- Realizarase unha proba tipo test por cada parte da asignatura que teña un valor do 40% do total da cualificación final, sendo necesario aprobala para poder superar a asignatura.
- Realizaranse Traballos tutelados por cada parte da asignatura, que permitan a avaliación continua e que teñan un valor do 60% do total da cualificación final.
- A nota final sería o resultado da media das notas acadadas en cada parte.

- En canto á avaliación, haberá os mesmos criterios tanto para a primeira como para a segunda oportunidade.

Description
The students will have a tutoring schedule to resolve doubts which could appear in the preparation of the activities and the learning of the contents.

Assessment comments

The final score of Autonomous Public Law will be obtained from the weighting of the final mark obtained in each of the three parts of the subject: Administrative Law 45%, Constitutional Law 40% and Procedural Law 15%. For doing this weighting it will be an essential requirement a minimum score of 5 (in base 10) in all of them.

The score of each part will be obtained in this way:

Administrative Law: objective exam 50%; group work 50%

Constitutional Law: objective exam 70%; continuous evaluation 30%. This criterion will apply when the student have obtained a minimum score of 5 points out of 10 in the objective exam.

Procedural Law: objective exam 60%; continuous evaluation 40%. This criterion will apply when the student have obtained a minimum score of 3 points out of 6 in the objective exam.
