General description Coa nosa materia pretendemos:

- Incrementar a autoestima do estudante, facendolle comprender todas as suas potencialidades.

- Facilitar ó estudante o conecemento e manexo das fontes xuridicas da Seguridade Social, tanto normativas como xurisprudenciais.

- Facilitar ó estudante o uso da terminoloxia especifica xuridica da Seguridad Social (por exemplo, relacion xuridica de seguridade social, cotizacions, prestacions, xubilacion ou desemprego).

- Aproximar ó estudante á solucion de problemas xuridicos reais de Seguridade Social.

- Incrementar a potencial empregabilidade dos nosos estudantes.

Reforzarase a utilización de moodle e de teams, especialmente para a realización síncrona da docencia expositiva, nos horarios asignados.

Reforzamiento da "solución de problemas", en relación coa docencia interactiva.

Planificación do traballo semanal, con notificación a través de moodle.

4. Modificacións na avaliación
*Observacións de avaliación:
A asistencia pondérase en función do tempo de presencialidade. A "solución de problemas" valoraríase até un 40 por cento, minorando a porcentaxe relativa ás probas obxectivas (non por enriba do 40 por cento) e á asistencia.

Objective test Two examinations. The first one, on a short questions basis, in English language. The second one, on a long questions basis, with the possibility to choose between English, Spanish or Galician language.

We will give the maximum, legally permitted, number of As with Honors. Relating to part-time students, we will not negatively assess their lack of attending lessons, but they must submit the reports and practice exams in the same conditions applied to full-time students.
