General description El desarrollo del curso se realiza apartir de clases teóricas y taller, que en parte, será relizado en común con Proyectos IX. Se pretende incidir sobre un ámbito territorial inconcluso, desde las operaciones de regeneración urbana necesarias para una intervención urbanística adecuada al momento presente. Se trata de actuar sobre espacios carentes de la necesaria accesibilidad, de la necesaria integración de usos y tipos edificatorios, para proponer una actuación que, apoyándose en la formalización del espacio colectivo público y privado, en la mejora de la urbanización, y en la adecuada respuesta edificatoria a las condiciones ya existentes, proponga respuestas rehabilitadoras en su vertiente ambiental y edificatoria.

Case study The theoretical concepts presented in the lectures will be applied in a short original essay through the study and analysis of cases
Workshop Workshop sessions will be dedicated to the practical work in the classroom. It will consist of an analysis project in intervention in a field with environmental interest. It will be done in groups, with an individual part.
Directed discussion Public presentations will serve as a starting point for discussions on topics relevant to the subject
Guest lecture / keynote speech Each week, a topic will be introduced by the lecturers. The student will have to supplement this presentation with the reading of recommended bibliography extracts. Attendance to lectures is mandatory, with a maximum of 20% of unexcused absences admitted. Sessions will be strictly timely. The use of mobile devices (such as computers, tablets or phones) will not be allowed during the course of the class
Document analysis An important part of coursework consists in selecting the relevant information and data. Therefore, the student should be familiar with the instruments of the discipline.
Objective test Theoretical examination of the contents explained in the class and / or in the bibliography of the subject
Practical test: A test, based on a possible real case of intervention on the landscape. It will be done individually in the designated classroom

Description
The coursework will be carried out according to the tutor's guidelines. The workshops will be developed in the classroom where the tutor will be available to answer the doubts. The follow-up of activities will be carried out in tutorials . Common questions can be resolved through moodle

Assessment comments

In the general assessment of the course, the following aspects
will be present: class attendance and workshops, assessment of group work,
individual work evaluation, objective test.

Class attendance (minimum 80%) and passing the practical test,
course sheet and objective test are fundamental to pass the subject.

In the case of suspension of one of the parties, the latter must
be repeated in the second opportunity







The objective test and the practical test are
part of the final exam, so that suspending a part must be repeated the full
examination of the second opportunity (practical test plus objective test)
