General description Esta materia ten por obxectivo desenvolver as capacidades do alumnado para analizar -desde un enfoque de dereitos- a construción do hábitat humano a partir de procesos, formais ou non, tanto nas sociedades opulentas como nas empobrecidas.

- Proba mixta: formalizarase unha entrega a través da plataforma Moodle/Teams e complementarase coa avaliación telemática dos contidos teórico-prácticos.

3. Mecanismos de atención personalizada ao alumnado

- Correo electrónico: diariamente. De uso para facer consultas e solicitar encontros virtuais para resolver dúbidas.
- Moodle: semanalmente. Empregarase para facilitar documentación adicional ás sesións maxistrais ou para o obradoiro.
- Teams: 1 sesión semanal na franxa horaria asignada á materia no calendario de aulas da Escola. Tamén servirá como canle de comunicación para a atención individual ou grupal no horario de titorías de cada docente.

4. Modificacións na avaliación

Traballo no obradoiro (100%). En relación co traballo elaborado, valorarase:

- O grao de seguimento virtual e participación nas sesións de traballo.
- A pertinencia e adecuación metodolóxica das propostas.
- A orixinalidade e profundidade do contido.
- O tratamento dunha linguaxe visual e escrita propia da arquitectura.
- A utilización de fontes documentais relevantes e actuais.
- A presentación e a claridade na exposición.

Mantéñense as mesmas que figuran na guía docente, agás que:

- As referencias ao cómputo da asistencia, que só se realizará respecto das sesións presenciais que tiveron lugar até o momento no que se suspendeu a actividade presencial.

- Asistencia/participación mínima esixida nas actividades da aula: 80%.
- Valoración da elaboración e presentación dos traballos: 100%.

B) Alumnado con recoñecemento de dedicación a tempo parcial e dispensa académica de exención da asistencia, segundo establece a "NORMA QUE REGULA O RÉXIME DE DEDICACIÓN AO ESTUDO DOS ESTUDANTES DE GRAO NA UDC" (Arts. 2.3; 3.b e 4.5) (29/5/212):
- Valoración da elaboración e presentación dos traballos: 100%.

REQUISITOS PARA SUPERAR A MATERIA:

- Asistir e participar regularmente nas actividades da clase.
- Obter unha puntuación de 5 sobre 10 no traballo teórico-práctico do obradoiro.
- Entregar e expoñer o traballo nas datas que se indiquen.
- Quen non superase a primeira oportunidade poderá presentarse a unha segunda, que consistirá nunha proba mixta de tipo teórico-práctico no mes de xullo, segundo o calendario oficial. Para poder presentarse a esta segunda oportunidade, o alumnado deberá entregar o traballo teórico-práctico, axeitadamente titorizado polo profesorado, no momento de realización da proba.

Methodologies Description
Guest lecture / keynote speech Aimed at the conceptual introduction and providing the information necessary for the development of theoretical-practical exercises.
Workshop The students will apply the concepts and methodologies to the proposed cases of study, with support and supervision from the teaching staff.
This includes for each student oral presentation of the practical work carried out, response to control tests of the training process and the production of a final document which explains the analysis made of their respective case study or intervention proposal.
Mixed objective/subjective test It is a theoretical-practical test in which the student must obtain a grade higher than five (5) out of ten (10) points to pass the subject.

Workshop
Description
The evaluation is a continuous process in which the activity that the student develops during the sessions of the course is observed and registered. Periodically -and, in any case, whenever the students so require- they are informed of the adequacy of the level reached by their activities in relation to the programmatic objectives of the subject.
At all times during the course, the faculty will provide the students with complementary and individual support, at a known time.
The final evaluation will be carried out by the faculty on the final work produced by the student, verifying the acquisition of the personal analysis skills, the skills to communicate their ideas and the acquisition of the theoretical and practical contents of the subject.

All this is formalized in an original and unpublished theoretical-practical work, which must be carried out throughout the teaching period, matching the theoretical knowledge taught by the teaching staff.
It will result in a final document, made with scientific methodology that will be manifested with the communication strategies of architecture professionals.
The performance of the theoretical-practical work includes the management of the necessary information for its execution and its exhibition and defense in the work sessions of the course. 		66
 
Assessment comments 
Minimum assistance



Attendance is compulsory. At least, 80% of the sessions that make up the course. Without this requirement, students will not be able to pass the subject by subject.


Late registration

Those enrolled after the start of the academic year must attend the theoretical and practical classes from the date of enrolment, with the possibility of recovering the practices carried out to date.




Evaluation

To pass the
subject, students will have two opportunities: June and July. At the first
opportunity, students will be evaluated upon the outcomes content on their
supervised work.

Failure to
submit the supervised work at the time of the first evaluation opportunity
implies a "Not Submitted" mark.

Those who do not pass this first opportunity
will be able to attend a second one, which will consist of an objective
theoretical-practical test in July, according to the official calendar. In
order to attend this second opportunity, students must submit the supervised
work, duly supervised by the faculty at the time of the test.
