3.- Basic elements of communication. Verbal and non-verbal elements of active listening. Types of quiestions, suggestions.... Reinforcement of interaction
4. Therapeutic interview. Structure, phases and models
5.- Training on basic communication skills. Individual and group practice of the elements of theme 3 and 4.

Description
In the interactive and practical activities the students in a small group will be able to consult in the classroom directly with the teacher the proposed activities.
The supervised works will have the supervision of the teacher during their realization, either by telematic means (e-mail, moodle) or directly during tutoring hours.

Assessment comments
Students who attend a minimum of 80% of classes, may not attend the written test. In this case, the videon will receive 90% of the total qualification. 
The only causes that justify the absence to class are those that appear in art. 12 of the Rules of Evaluation, review and claim of qualifications of the udc.
