General description La asignatura de derecho procesal laboral sirve para da a conocer al alumnno las instituciones y los conceptos basicos del procedimiento laboral, las diferentes modalidades de procesos laborales y la organización de la jurisdicción social en nuestro pais y en el derecho comparado.

Case study Preparation and resolution of practical cases, as well as comments to the case-law submitted for the consideration of the student.

In extraordinary calls, the evaluation will take place exclusively on the basis of the answers given to the questions raised in the corresponding tests.
