Constitutional States share a lot of constitutional institutions. Legal studentes will find some similarities and differences between the Spanish regulations and their own Constitutional structures. Previous knowledge of the institutions of their countries of origin will help the students to understand the functioning of the Spanish ones, and they will be able to contribute their vision on the different ways that the Constitutional Law of each country approaches different or similar problems |
