General description
En esta asignatura el alumno adquirirá los conocimientos para la planificación y gestión de proyectos de diseño de producto a través de metodologías contrastadas. Igualmente, el alumno aprenderá a desarrollar estructuras organizativas orientadas a facilitar la función de innovación en la empresa, buscando toda sinergia posible con las demás áreas funcionales en la organización.
