General description
The student must take 12 ECTS of compulsory practices choosing between a research orientation or a professional orientation according his/her preferences. In the case of the research orientation, the practices will be carried out in a research group and in the case of professional practices in a company / institution. The practical work carried out will be the basis for the Final Master's Project (TFM) of the student. Thus, compulsory practices and TFM will configure the research orientation or professional orientation of the Master. For each student, the practices will have an ad hoc work plan associated, signed by the academic tutor, the tutor at the company / institution (if applicable) and by the student as well. In this practice plan will be established the description of the work to be done, the training acquired and the way provided for guiding the student during the work.
Contingency plan
1. Modifications to the contents
The implementation procedures, the subject matter and the contents of the Practices will be made as flexible as possible, both for the research and in the professional orientation. Therefore, it will be possible to modify the working plan foreseen due to the impossibility of access to the fundamental bibliography, to the laboratories in the case of the research practices or to the companies and centres in the case of the professional practices.
2. Methodologies
*Teaching methodologies that are maintained
All teaching methodologies will be maintained
*Teaching methodologies that are modified
Resolution of practical cases: when the practices with both research and professional orientation in the face-to-face modality cannot be maintained, other activities will replace the resolution of the experimental practical activities initially planned as theoretical case study, critical review of state-of-the-art on a problem related to the theme of practices and other similar activities.
3. Mechanisms for personalized attention to students
Personalized attention to students will be carried out via email, Moodle platform or Teams at the request of the student, and as far as possible, at the time established for the tutorials.
4. Modifications in the evaluation
There is no need to modify the evaluation based on tutoring and presentation of practice report.
*Evaluation observations:
The same as in the teaching guide
5. Modifications to the bibliography or webgraphy
No modifications, all necessary materials will be available in Moodle or through access to the electronic resources available in the Library of the UDC.
(*)The teaching guide is the document in which the URV publishes the information about all its courses. It is a public document and cannot be modified. Only in exceptional cases can it be revised by the competent agent or duly revised so that it is in line with current legislation.
