Assessment, as a system for gathering information aimed at issuing value judgments (and, where appropriate, merit) about the learning process, requires continuous development with constant student involvement.

ATTENDANCE: The theoretical content taught is understood as a fundamental basis, so that an unjustified and repeated absence has unfavorable repercussions. In this sense, attendance at the joint sessions (expository + interactive) of more than 90% will be required in the case of enrollment with full-time dedication.

In the case of a repeating student, said percentage is reduced to 40%, as long as, in the previous course, he had verified the previous condition.

Failure to comply with minimum attendance cancels the possibility of evaluating the objective test.

TUTORED WORK: it will be developed throughout the semester and will involve its unique delivery at the end of the semester.

It will have a weight in the evaluation of 75% of the overall grade.

The teacher will propose to the student an eminently practical job of technical inspection of buildings:

 - The building object of the work will be previously agreed upon with the teacher before the student begins its development.

 - It will be correctly developed in accordance with the teacher's guidelines, defined from the beginning of the signature.

 - The work, except for very justified cause, will be delivered on the date established at the beginning of the course; A single delivery will be made.
