The evaluation criteria contemplated in table A-III/2 of the STCW Code, and included in the Quality Assurance System, will be taken into account when designing and carrying out the evaluation.
At the end of each subject, a written test will be carried out to check the knowledge acquired. To pass the subject, an average will be made between all the tests carried out by the student where chapters 1 to 8 will count for 80% of the grade and chapter 9 for 20%.
Students who do not carry out the continuous evaluation may take the official test with 100% of the grade.
"The fraudulent performance of the tests or evaluation activities, once verified, will directly imply the qualification of failure in the call in which it is committed: the student will be qualified with "suspense" (numerical grade 0) in the corresponding call of the academic year, whether the offense is committed on the first opportunity or on the second. For this, their qualification will be modified in the first opportunity record, if necessary."
Students with recognition of part-time dedication and academic waiver of attendance exemption, as established by the "RULE THAT REGULATES OR REQUIRES DEDICATION TO STUDY DÚAS ESTUDANTES DEGRAO NA UDC (Arts. 2.3; 3. b; 4.3 e 7.5) (04 /05/2017), you will have the right to take an objective test with the possibility of obtaining 100% of the grade. In this test, chapters 1 to 8 will count for 80% of the grade and chapter 9 for 20%.
